What is Interlibrary Loan?
Interlibrary Loan (ILL) is a service to obtain materials not owned by Ramsey Library or available in our network libraries at ASU (Appalachian State University) and WCU (Western Carolina University) through ABC Express . If you need a book, journal article or other document submit the citation through ILL and we will locate the item for you.

Who may use Interlibrary Loan?
UNCA students, faculty, staff, and students from other campuses who are taking credit coursework at UNCA may use this service. Retired faculty are also eligible for interlibrary loan.
